Graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and owner of Beddington Chiropractic and Massage, Dr. Hollenbach prides herself in running a patient centered community clinic.

Chiropractic care can provide better health over an entire life span, from infancy to palliative care. A Chiropractor can bring enormous value to your health care team and increase your health and wellbeing. Dr. Hollenbach ensures that teamwork and collaboration are a fundamental part of Beddington Chiropractic and Massage.

As a Webster certified practitioner, Dr. Dana Hollenbach loves to improve the health of women who are expecting; prenatal Chiropractic care is an important element of Beddington Chiropractic and Massage.

Brianna Busch

Dr. Brianna Busch is a summa cum laude graduate from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Busch is certified in full-body Active Release Therapy® (ART®) as well as Webster Technique (a technique used commonly for pregnant patients).

As a former elite athlete, Brianna has a great appreciation for the unfailing dedication, work ethic, time management, and passion that it takes to continue in a chosen sport or art. The health journeys of athletes, weekend warriors, athletic artists, and expectant mothers, are what feeds Brianna’s passion as a chiropractor.

Curtis Turner

Dr. Curtis Turner, Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)

Dr. Curtis Turner graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June of 2017. He is a hardworking, personable and passionate chiropractor, whose goal is to help his patients live a healthy and active lifestyle. Dr. Turner’s focus is preventative care. After a long, injury-burdened career in competitive soccer, Dr. Turner learned the importance of preventative medicine. This is a concept that he reinforces to his patients through an active care model. Dr. Turner has developed knowledge and skills to help treat and care for patients of all demographics to help them better understand and achieve what it means to live a healthy life. Dr. Turner takes an individualized approach to optimize the care of each patient, as patient-centered care is the cornerstone of a successful treatment.

Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs)

Jon Boudreau, RMT (2200 hr)

Jon’s massage techniques involve listening to the tissue and waiting for it to release rather than forcing or rushing a result. Incorporating myofascial release with long, slow deep tissue massage, Jon enjoys the challenge of differential diagnosis and assessment of clinical conditions.

Describing himself as, “empathetic, spiritual and trustworthy,” Jon received his 2200 hr diploma from ICT Northumberland College, and is currently a Massage Therapy Instructor at the Calgary Professional Institute of Massage Therapy (PIMT) school.

Lead singer in a rock band, Jon also loves mountain biking and skiing, and is a proud father to an 11-year-old.

Hyoungjin (Jin) Shim, RMT

Hyoungjin (Jin) Shim, RMT (2200 hr)

Originally from South Korea where he was a Physiotherapist at the Samsung Hospital for four years, Jin utilizes his strong knowledge in anatomy and functional rehabilitation in treatment, employing techniques such as myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), sport therapy and mechanical therapy, which specifically assists with posture and alignment.

Alaina Nordin, RMT

Alaina Nordin, RMT (2200hr)

The newest addition to the Beddington team, Alaina believes in promoting optimal well-being and increased quality of life through massage therapy. Employing therapeutic and relaxation techniques, Alaina uses massage therapy as a useful tool in helping one connect the mind and body.

A graduate of the Mount Royal Massage Therapy diploma program, Alaina is a avid jogger who runs to clear her mind, and stay calm and balanced. She is adventurous, and loves to travel and explore new countries and cultures.

Matthew Thomson, RMT

Matthew Thomson, RMT (2200 hr)

Matthew is a graduate of Mount Royal University (2012) and a member of the National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).

Specializing in a therapeutic and deep tissue focus massage style, Matthew lives for the mountains. Active in the ski community, he regularly volunteers to help injured or disabled skiers through his involvement with the Canadian Ski Patrol (CSP) Ogopogo Zone, and is a member of the Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing (CADS) and the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance (CSIA).

Passionate about music, Matt is a handyman who loves the challenge of fixing, building and tinkering with things. In his free time he can be found cross-country skiing, hiking and bike riding.

Nikki Cheslock

Nikki Cheslock, RMT (2200hr)

The newest addition to the Beddington team, Nikki is a recent graduate at Mount Royal University (2015) and a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Nikki specialize’s in Swedish, therapeutic and deep tissue techniques to help decrease daily stress and muscle tension with her clients.

Nikki is also a teaching assistant for the Massage Therapy Program at Mount Royal University. She enjoys being able to help students learn and apply their skills in the field of massage. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys living a balanced lifestyle of being active and relaxing with family and friends.

Nikki is certified to perform myofascial cupping as part of her massage therapy treatment.

Maybritt Kozak

Maybritt Kozak, RMT (2200hr)

Maybritt is a graduate of The Professional Institute Of Massage Therapy (2009) and a member of the National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Maybritt has recently returned to the Beddington team and is enjoying once again being in the professional clinic environment.

Trained in general Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, cupping and deep tissue therapies, Maybritt takes pride in evaluating and treating each individual according to their massage needs.

Maybritt enjoys spending her free time with her family and walking her dogs at Nose Hill Park.

Maybritt is certified to perform myofascial cupping as part of her massage therapy treatment.

Sydney James

Sydney James, RMT (2200hr)

Sydney is a graduate of the Mount Royal University massage program and member of the Remedial Massage Therapist Association of Alberta. She is a passionate therapist and uses her desire to help others to guide every aspect of her career. Sydney continuously strives to explore and discover what is holding her clients back in order to help them achieve the results they need to live a healthy life.

Her sport background, playing both soccer and field hockey as well as being a sports med athletic trainer, has given her the firsthand knowledge needed in treating sports-related muscle issues. In her spare time Sydney enjoys being outside, running and snowboarding. She also enjoys traveling and discovering new places.

Melissa Demerais

Melissa Demerais, RMT (2200hr)

Registered Massage therapist Melissa Demerais completed her diploma and training from the Turner Institute of Orthopedic Massage and Osteology. Prior to deciding to become a massage therapist Melissa trained as an EMT (emergency medical technician), it was her years of playing high school sports (rugby and wrestling) and training as a sports medicine team trainer that inspired her to do so. Hands-on treatment of teammates on both sides of the field pushed Melissa to want to help people for a living. After completing her licensing for EMT Melissa decided to go back to school to become a massage therapist so she could assist people in living a healthy and pain-free life. Melissa prides herself in using her combined knowledge and experience in EMT as well as massage therapy to provide detailed assessments and treatments. Relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage techniques are what Melissa uses to have her clients feeling mobile, strong and healthy. Melissa also looks after expectant mothers using relaxation techniques during the prenatal massage to help sooth the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.

In Melissa’s free time she enjoys camping, trail riding in her side by side, and spending time with her family, friends, and Newfoundland dog, Harbour.

Melissa is also now certified to perform cupping within her massage treatments.
